This restorative, candlelit session enables deeper healing through movement to gently release trauma, pain and emotions in a safe, loving environment.

Participants learn how to shift, shake, stretch and dance out feelings of anxiety, anger, isolation and fear in this inclusive hour of guided freeform movement and music.

Build new healthy new habits with like-minded community on this guided nature walk with other grounding activities.

YOGA OF 12 STEP RECOVERY (Y12SR)

A guided, enhanced recovery movement and stretching experience that unites the ancient wisdom of yoga, neuroscience breakthroughs and the practical tools of 12-step programs.

LEAN IN THROUGH LYRICS

Music and lyrics aid in developing self-awareness and are helpful tools for emotional recognition, mapping and processing. In this hour-long gently guided workshop, participants are given recovery-based song lyrics (or may also bring their own) to listen to and then discuss.

TEATOTALER

This workshop teaches the calming, healing benefits of developing a tea ritual; participants touch, taste and explore various teas and create their own custom blend to take with them.

Regularly scheduled weekly recovery meetings of different modalities, such as A.A., N.A., SMART Recovery, Recovery Dharma, Celebrate Recovery and more.
